❝

My participation with the Mending the Soul class changed my life. I am no longer a victim, but a strong, independent woman that can take care of myself and not be co-dependent in an unhealthy relationship. I also learned that forgiveness does not always include reconciliation with an abuser, which was freeing for me.

Mending the Soul is a great support group for anyone who has experienced or witnessed any kind of abuse or trauma. This group gave me much-needed support and still gives ongoing support, if needed. Hope Connection is a great place for anyone who needs healing and support after a crisis.
