Hope Connection is helping people in crisis through the healing process by providing a safe environment for them to connect and share their hurts, find peace, and ultimately be restored as healthy, contributing members of our society. Our positive prevention program can be part of a general continuity of care plan that supplements, rather than replaces, current mental health intervention systems.
Why does it matter?
PLEASE SUPPORT OUR VISION TO BUILD...
A residential, two-year transitional program for young men 18-29, especially those who are homeless due to abuse, have aged out of foster care, or who need life skills, mentoring, and guidance to become healthy, high-functioning members of society.
An additional residential center with a two-year program for victims of domestic violence with children. These victims need a safe place to heal without interference and manipulation, free of financial stress, while they receive the legal and career assistance they need so that they can focus on building a better future for themselves and their families.
For many of the people we sponsor, a temporary shelter is not enough. They need long-term support and care in order to succeed in building a solid, healthy future.
PLEASE HELP US--HELP THEM.
Hurting people hurt people...
Is prevention worth the time and money to consider?
